Reimagining the Food Value Chain
Our lives depend on the healthy growth of produce, and yet fully one-third of the food produced in the world for human consumption — approximately 1.3 billion tons — gets lost or wasted every year. Our current food systems are not sustainable for either the planet – or the market.
Trellis’s AI reduces agricultural waste and improves food production efficiencies in order to help conserve global resources, bringing more value to food growers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers, and making food and beverage manufacturing more resource-efficient and scalable than ever before.
Cream of the Crop
Trellis is comprised of AI experts and agricultural data scientists who are deeply passionate about environmental sustainability and technology. We understand that the food supply chain is longer and more complex than ever before, and that the current food systems are no longer sustainable due to changing market needs and global climate change.
We are motivated to make a bold leap forward to boost food production efficiency, reduce food waste, and strengthen global food security.
